Welfare benefit advice

It is widely accepted that millions of pounds in benefits goes unclaimed in Britain each year. At MVHA we can offer our residents specialist advice about the various benefits that you may be entitled to.

Deborah Hills We can guide you through the benefit claims process, liaise with government and council departments on your behalf and help you challenge decisions that are felt to be unfair.

The benefit system is complex and the forms can be daunting to complete. Debbie can obtain and assist you in completing them, support you in your claim and help with appeals. Not all people are aware, for example, that mobility benefits can apply to people who do not have a physical disability or that pension credits are payable irrespective of the amount of savings.

We encourage our residents to get in touch with us for a benefit check. This is quick and simple to arrange, with most checks being completed by telephone or email in the first instance.
The service is FREE & CONFIDENTIAL to all residents of Mole Valley Housing Association.
If you would like to speak to Debbie about your benefit entitlement or arrange an appointment, please call her during office hours on 01306 505520 or mobile:07774 697921, email deborah.hills@mvha.org.uk
