Income Team
The Income Team is responsible for the collection of rent, charges and arrears as well as the delivery of the financial inclusion initiatives. These initiatives could be as diverse as providing Money & Benefit Advice, information about Bank Accounts & Credit Unions, how to save money on utility bills or how to avoid or report loan sharks.

Income Officers
The Income Officer covers 2 patches of approximately 750 properties each. The Income Officer is responsible for managing all the rent accounts (current and former) within the patch and dealing with correspondence, seeing customers who visit us, carry out home visits, referral to external support agencies and welfare benefit advice. Also responsible to present cases to court and attend evictions.

Income Assistant
Income Assistants are responsible for office based tasks including seeing customers who visit us, dealing with customers, liaising with Housing Benefit departments and deal with all Direct Debit related queries. Also responsible for the management of former tenant arrears and garage arrears.

Welfare Benefits Advisor
The Welfare Benefits Advisor provides free and confidential welfare benefit advice and support for all MVHA residents.

Legal Executive
The Legal Executive provides legal advice for staff members and is responsible for all legal operational matters. They are also responsible for managing access licenses, recharges and former tenant arrears.
