Service charges
Service charges are paid by residents to cover the cost of communal services provided by the Association. These charges are included in the rent and can include:
- Communal cleaning
- Communal lighting
- Grounds maintenance
- Emergency alarm
- Emergency lighting
Under the terms of your Tenancy Agreement your rent and service charges are due to be paid weekly.
Please remember you will need to have your rent card handy when paying your rent.
