Launch of our Show Flat

MVHA are proud to announce the opening of our sheltered housing Show Flat. We find many people are surprised at how warm, friendly and comfortable our schemes are and often tell us that if they had only known, they would have made the move much earlier.

To help people make the decision, we have furnished a studio flat in one of our schemes, with stylish and modern furnishings to show how spacious and elegant even our smaller accommodation can be. The flat is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay - from the flat screen TV/DVD to a corkscrew!

show flat lounge show flat kitchen We can now offer a ‘Try before you buy’ scheme when prospective residents can come a see the flat and if they wish can stay for up to a week rent–free! Of course we can not offer a furnished flat in every one of our schemes but we hope a short stay in Norfolk Court in North Holmwood could give a taste of how living in a sheltered community scheme suits them. We have 17 schemes throughout Mole Valley, all quite different and with varying levels of support so we are confident we can help many people find accommodation to suit their needs.
