Old Ford's Board

Old Ford Housing Association's Board sets the strategic aims for the organisation and monitors performance to ensure that objectives are met.

The Board is also responsible for ensuring that Old Ford operates within a framework of sound governance, continuous improvement and effective control which enables risks to be properly assessed and managed. The day-to-day work of Old Ford Housing Association is delegated to the Managing Director and the Senior Management Team.

The Old Ford Board meets every two months and consists of 12 members, including six residents and six independent members, each with professional skills to help run the service.
