Resident involvement

At Old Ford we want to involve our residents in all that we do, so that we can provide services that our residents want and that will meet the needs of our diverse community.

By getting involved you are able to influence decisions which affect your housing services. You have the opportunity to get your voice heard and can influence the shaping of our services. By letting us know your views on the services we provide you enable us to better understand your needs so that we can deliver better quality and customer focused services, making your area an even better place to live.
