We're open on Saturdays
For a trial period in September only, we will open our office at 73 Usher Road on Saturday mornings from 9am to 1pm. Following our consultation with you on opening hours, you told us this would be the most useful time to extend our hours.
You will be able to visit the office to:
- Report a new repair
- Discuss housing issues such as rent, moving home or reporting anti-social behaviour
- Get help filling in benefits forms
- Buy parking permits
