How to pay your rent:
Please note: Old Ford no longer accept payments in cash at our offices in Usher Road or Orchard Village. Only debit, credit card, cheque payment, or Postal Order will be accepted. For fobs, keys and visitors’ parking permits, if you do not have a debit or credit card or cheque book you can collect a barcoded invoice at the office for you to make your payment at the post office before we can issue your fob, key or permit.
- By Direct Debit: One of the quickest and easiest ways of to pay your rent is by Direct Debit and it is our preferred method of payment. It means peace of mind for you in knowing that your rent is paid on time, without any fuss or worry. You can pay on any day of the month, up to the 28th. The payment can be every week, every two weeks, every four weeks, or once a month, however you must pay in advance for the whole period otherwise you will be in arrears. If you want to set up a Direct Debit, please contact our Customer Service Advisors on 0800 073 0427. If you are calling from a mobile phone, please call 0300 500 1500, as this call will be charged at the local rate.
- Online: You can quickly and safely pay your rent online to Old Ford Housing Association, using Allpay's secure website
