Roddons Mystery Shopping Programme

Help improve the way Roddons operates through shopping different areas of the organisation, recording your findings and thoughts and then feeding back to the Customer Insight Team.

As a Mystery Shopper you will:

  • Be expected to shop our services 3 times a year during the scheduled shopping periods, whilst remaining undetected to Roddons staff
  • Have the opportunity to shop such areas as Customer Services, Repairs, Lettings and Estate Management
  • Utilise different methods of shopping – telephone, visit, letter, email and website
  • Be rewarded with Love 2 Shop vouchers for each fully completed shopping form you return to us
  • Gain a sense of self satisfaction and meet other tenants who wish to contribute to Roddons’ processes
  • Be offered help and support at all stages of the shopping process!
