Residents Scrutiny Panel
Update from the Residents' Scrutiny Panel:
We have just completed our latest project which was the Relet Standards and Voids Process with the Property Marketing Team.
To do this we reviewed: 
- Service standards for lettings
- Sign up process
- Welcome Pack – we were given a box to trial and test the contents
- Easy Move Scheme
- Relet times for Sheltered Housing and General Needs Housing
- Customer satisfaction of the process
- Telephone survey to newly signed-up tenants
- We visited different empty property types to check they were of a suitable standard to relet
- We benchmarked relet standards with other Housing Associations
- We interviewed some staff members of the Property Marketing Team.
A full report was presented to the Roddons Board in November 2010 and they agreed our recommendations to be taken forward by the Allocations and Lettings Tenant Advisory Group (TAG).
This completed our review satisfactorily and we are now working on our next project.

Training
The Resident Scrutiny Panel are actively undertaking training sessions on all aspects of housing with the National Open College Network.
