STATUS Customer Satisfaction Survey for Roddons

Tell us what you think of us as a landlord and the services we provide and go into our prize draw where you could win £100.

All housing associations are required by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA) to conduct a Customer Satisfaction Survey of its residents at least once every three years; this survey is called a STATUS survey. The survey aims to find out about the views, attitudes and experiences of our residents. This is your opportunity to tell us how you feel about the area that you live in and the work that we do.

As a resident of Roddons your views are very important to us. The results will be made available later in the year and will be used to plan for future development and to improve services.

CELLO mruk research is carrying out the interviews on our behalf in order to ensure that the information given by you is completely confidential. Your name will not be linked to any of your answers. Roddons will not know how any individual resident has answered.

CELLO mruk research will be provided with details of our residents in advance of the survey. They will then randomly select a number of residents to be surveyed. Residents will be contacted by telephone by professional interviewers between 10am-8pm, Monday – Sunday. Sheltered and Supported residents will be visited at home Monday –Friday between 10am and 5pm. The surveys will take place during July and August 2010. The interviewer will outline the purpose of the survey and confirm they are carrying out the survey on behalf of Roddons. For those interviews carried out in person the interviewer will have identification to say they are from CELLO mruk, they will also have a copy of the notification letter that will have been sent to you about the survey. The interview will take approximately 10 minutes.

We are running a prize draw for those who complete the survey with a main prize of £100, along with two runners-up prizes of £50.
