Roddons offers an incentive scheme called Easy Move which was created to help existing Roddons tenants who currently under-occupy their home move to a smaller property which would better suit their needs.
Easy Move scheme
The Easy Move scheme aims to free up larger properties in cases of under-occupation. The scheme operates on a voluntary basis only and there is no pressure placed on tenants to move.
Easy Move applicants are all entitled to the following incentives
- Removal arranged & paid for
- Reconnection charges of utilities (must be paid for by the Easy Move applicant and reimbursed by Roddons)
- Redirection of mail (as above, to be paid for by the applicant and later reimbursed)
Easy Move applicants will also be offered the choice of one of the following per bedroom released
- £500.00
- 2 x rooms decorated
Carpet for three rooms
Before applying, please check you reach the eligibility criteria for an Easy Move
- Clear rent account
- No history of Anti social behaviour
- Property is in good repair
- Garden clear and tidy
