Ending your Roddons tenancy

Do you want to end your Roddons tenancy?

The following information applies when ending your Roddons tenancy;

You are required to give 28 days notice from the Monday following
a) the return of the termination form
b) the date you initially contacted us
If you contact Roddons verbally to termination your tenancy, you must return a completed termination form with in 10 days. Failure to return the form may result in your termination date being extended.
Roddons will arrange a suitable time to carry out a Pre Termination inspection. This enables us to check the condition of the property before the end of the tenancy
At the inspection you will be advised of any repairs that are your responsibility. If Roddons have to do this work after you leave, you will be sent a bill for the cost of doing the work. You will also be charged if Roddons have to dispose of any items that you left in the property.
We will write to you within 5 working days of the notice confirming the termination date, and given an estimate of any rent due to the date of the termination.
If you are dealing with the death of a tenant, please can you forward on a copy of the death certificate.
You must return the keys at your local Fenland@YourService Shop or to Roddons reception by 12 noon on or before the Monday the tenancy ends. If they are returned after this date, you will be liable to pay an extra weeks rent.
