Transferring
If you are an existing Roddons Tenant, looking to transfer to a new home, you should register on ‘Home-Link’.
Home-Link is the sub regional choice based lettings scheme. Once you have registered and your application has been processed and accepted; you will be able to make bids on available Council and Housing Association homes across the Cambridge Sub-Region.
Before applying, please check that you meet the following eligibility criteria for transferring:
- you have an assured tenancy/lived at your current property for 1 year or longer
- you have a clear rent account
- your home and garden is in a good state of repair
- you do not have any pending Anti-Social behaviour issues against you
