Roddons Tenant Inspector Programme
A relatively new method of Customer Insight adopted by Roddons is the Tenant Inspector scheme.
Tenant Inspectors are a team of Roddons’ tenants that work closely with the Customer Insight team and the team in which they are inspecting, to find out what works well and what could be improved.
The Tenant Inspectors are currently looking at our Voids (empty properties) standard. Updates on the findings of the inspectors will be made available as soon as possible.
