The Neighbourhood Officer can offer a visit to your home, at a time to suit you within office hours, for the Neighbourhood Officer to provide any advice or assistance on matters concerning your tenancy or the opportunity to discuss local issues in your community. It is one of the main features of the Neighbourhood Officers’ role to support and work in partnership with local residents' groups and other agencies to ensure our estates are nice places to live in, and that any issues are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
