This service is free and confidential and Yvonne can:
- Visit you in your own home
- Provide advice by telephone or email
- Direct you to outside and specialist agencies for help.
Roddons Income Team Service Standards
- All new residents will be contacted by Roddons Money Matters Officer within two weeks of the tenancy starting
- Existing residents requesting an appointment with our Money Matters Officer will be contacted within two weeks of the request
- We will contact all residents within two weeks of the account falling into arrears
- If you tell us you want to be contacted in a different way, we will contact you in the way you prefer
- Every 6 months we will ask some residents who we have dealt with for their ideas on how we can improve our services
- If you are overpaying us we will contact you, and if necessary repay you the credit on your account within 3 weeks.
