Paying your rent

Your rent pays for the services we provide for you and other residents. It is therefore important that everyone pays on time.

Rent is charged on a weekly basis each Monday. There are usually 48 rent paying weeks each year. If you are in arrears then you should continue to pay during the non collection weeks in order to catch up.

If you pay your rent on time (and don't break your tenancy agreement either) you will automatically be entered in our quarterly 'Roddons Rewards' draw.

How can I pay my rent?

All rents are due weekly in advance. If you wish to pay monthly you need to pay monthly in advance. You can pay your rent by the following methods:

  • By Direct Debit
  • By Standing Order
  • Using your Allpay card at outlets showing the "Pay Zone" sign
  • Over the internet using the quick link to the "Payments Online", which takes you to Allpay's secure payments site
