Roddons Rewards Scheme

Roddons recognises the efforts of the majority of our residents who look after their homes, pay their rent on time and are good neighbours.

We have worked closely with residents and came up with an exciting scheme that will give "good" residents a chance to win some fantastic prizes.

Every six months there is a prize worth up to £2000 for one lucky resident to have a makeover of their home. The winner can choose from a number of options, for example a new kitchen, bathroom, decoration or a garden makeover.

Every three months another four residents will win a cheque for £250, or have their rent account credited for the same amount.

We also hold special draws at Easter and Christmas.

What do I need to do?

Nothing!

You do not need to complete an entry form - but you must make sure that you can answer YES to the following:

  • Have you got a clear, up to date rent account, or, if you have arrears have you kept to an agreement to repay any outstanding arrears for the past 13 weeks, and not owe Roddons any other debts?
  • Have you signed and returned your new tenancy agreement?
  • Have you kept to your tenancy agreement, such as maintaining your home and garden in a reasonable condition, and not causing any nuisance to your neighbours?
  • Have you let our contractors into your home to service your gas/oil appliances and/or carry out repairs and servicing works?

As per the terms of your tenancy agreement - rent is due weekly in advance - if you are paying monthly, you must make sure your payments are made in advance.

For residents whose rent is paid in full by housing benefit - you are eligible to be entered into the draw providing there are no other arrears on your account.

If only part of your rent is paid by housing benefit, providing any payments not covered by housing benefit are paid when due (weekly in advance) then you ARE eligible to be entered into the draw.

Winners will be chosen by using a random selector process which will be overseen by the Income Manager and a member of the Income Management Tenant Advisory Group.
