Karen Bone from Barming
Karen, who lives in Barming, was nominated by her neighbour Michelle Skivington who said: "Karen quite truly is a lifesaver - she has saved my life at least four times."
Michelle has had some major operations and serious illnesses over the last few years, during which time Karen has been a terrific help to her and her family. As a result, Michelle added: "Karen is more than my friend and neighbour - she is an angel. I wouldn't be here if it wasn't for her. She is a lifesaver."
