Important Notice - changes to cash office opening times

We have reviewed our cash office service and we would like to advise you that with effect from Monday 9th July 2012 our cash offices will be permanently closed.

If you wish to make a cash payment you can do so at local post offices and pay point outlets.

If you wish to set up a direct debit please complete the following mandate Direct Debit form (105 KB) and return to the Income Team at either of the following locations

1-3 Martin Square, Larkfield, Aylesford, Kent ME20 6QL

Enterprise House 2, Avebury Avenue, Tonbridge, Kent TN9 1TL

Our Contact Centre staff can also take card payments and set up direct debts over the telephone.
