Rent and finance
Our Income Team have two Welfare Benefit Officers. Their role is to offer money saving advice and make sure people get the full benefits they are entitled to, such as Disability Living Allowance, Attendance Allowance and Council Tax Benefit.
We can also help with access to credit and finding employment. We offer financial health checks to each new tenant and have dedicated independent debt advisors employed by the Citizen Advice Bureau and the Tonbridge Debt Advice Centre.

Problems with paying your rent?
Our team of Income Officers deal with the collection of rent arrears and can offer advice and assistance to anyone having difficulty meeting their rent payments.
