You can also now pay your rent via the Allpay website (www.allpayments.net - see ‘Paying your rent online’ below).
If you had already set up your Russet customer account, you can still log into the old system until the switch. You will then receive an email containing your new ‘tenancy reference number’ which you will need to use when the new site becomes available.
Your password (now called ‘favourite word’) will remain the same except all ‘favourite words’ must now be at least 8 digits long. If your old password had fewer digits, zeros will be put on the end to fill the spaces.
For example:
If your password was “happy”, your favourite word will now be “happy000”
You can change your password once you have logged in.
Your PIN will remain the same except that all PIN numbers must now be 4 digits long. If your old PIN was 2 or 3 digits, again, zeros will be added to the end to fill the spaces.
For example:
If your PIN was “77”, it will now be “7700”
If you are not yet using the service you can still register until Friday 28 May 2010. Registrations will then be suspended until the new system is live.

As of 1 June, you can also pay your rent online via Allpay (www.allpayments.net) with your new Allpay payment card which contains your tenancy reference and Allpay number (the long number on the front). Allpay cards are currently being posted to all Russet customers.
