Estate Refurbishment
We set aside a large budget each year for estate refurbishment, which can include:
- replacement fencing;
- off-road parking provision;
- repairing or relaying footpaths;
- improvements to garage forecourts;
- 'soft' landscaping (planting and other landscape features to improve the environment of our estates.
We consult with residents on proposed refurbishments and ask for feedback on completed work.
