I cover the whole of the South Anglia region and I am responsible for the strategic development of both community development and resident involvement. I manage the community development and resident involvement managers.

I ensure that South Anglia is following the resident involvement criteria which is set by the government and I ensure that all departments have resident involvement at the core of what they do. I also keep up to date with any changes or new regulations that are implemented. I manage two resident involvement officers and support the team to engage with our residents.
I cover the whole of the South Anglia region and engage with our residents to know how we can reach high standards and provide better services. I facilitate residents' participation to different groups within the organisation such as the Residents Forum, the Scrutiny Panel and the Quality Action Groups, and support the creation of residents associations.

I also cover the whole of the South Anglia region and my main duties include organising events such as the Residents' Away Day, South Anglia Community Spirit Awards and the Door Step Challenge program. There are many ways for our residents to be involved with and we are constantly thinking about new ways and ideas of how to be involved further, the key message is that our residents are at the heart of everything we do.
I support the Resident Involvement and Community Development teams in all their activities.
I liaise with our residents and monitor involvement via software, prepare materials for meetings, Doorstep Challenge and surveys, arrange transport and catering facilities for meetings and anything else that is asked of me.
