South Anglia Residents Forum

South Anglia Residents Forum (SARF) is the consultative body open to all of South Anglia residents, where issues affecting all areas are discussed and new policies and procedures presented.

The Forum is chaired by Norman Pascoe, one of our involved residents, who has been elected by the rest of the group. On request by its members, the Forum meets on a quarterly basis for half a day. This change was seen as necessary for enabling topics to be widely debated and for residents to raise common issues.

Some SARF members also attend other residents groups within South Anglia and Circle. They keep the Forum up-to-date with reporting what the other groups are doing and work as a constant link for any relevant issues. SARF has collaborated with South Anglia staff in organising and running the Residents Away Day, the Community Spirit Awards and the Door Step Challenge.

The guest speakers at the last meeting in April have been Rhiannon Lewis from the Income team and Nicola Simpson from teh resident involvement tea.
Neil Willoughby, Contracts Manager, and Tracy Chappell, South Anglia Maintenance Service Manager, were present at the October meeting, whilst David Pierce, Contracts Manager, and Peter Fairhill, Voids Manager, were with us in January. You can read the minutes from the meeting by clicking below:
