You can quickly and safely pay your rent online using Allpay's secure website, or calling Allpay:

You can also view your rent statements (and repairs history) by logging in to 'My Account'. (You'll need to sign up with a valid email address, tenant ID, and Allpay number to receive your log-in).

Housing benefit
If you believe you may be entitled to housing benefit, we now have a benefits calculator, for you to calculate your possible entitlements.
Tenant Incentive Awards
As some of you will be aware, South Anglia runs a quarterly cash prize draw for all residents who pay their rent in advance in line with their tenancy agreement.
This prize draw also applies to those residents on housing benefit who bring their account into advance over a period of time.
Each winner receives a cash prize of £125 for their efforts.
Our lucky winners for the July draw were as follows:-
- Mr & Mrs Harris from Maldon in Essex
- Mr & Mrs Maddams from Luton.
Winners for the October draw were:-
- Miss Dunn from Bishops Stortford
- A family from Great Munden (who requested to remain anonymous).
All of our winners found their winnings a great help towards paying for Christmas. This was especially the case for young Scarlet Maddams, who decided that her Mummy would be using it to buy her socks!
For 2012 South Anglia will be offering a new incentive for customers who pay their rent by Direct Debit.
All customers who pay their rent by direct debit will all be entered into an annual prize draw for a chance to win £250. There will be a total of 20 winners who will then be randomly selected.
