The TSA held a series of consultations with tenants across the country to find out what they thought a good standard of service should be. The results of the consultation produced Six National Standards that all housing providers must meet.
In order to be able to deliver these Six National Standards, the TSA requires housing providers to agree Local Offers with tenants for the areas of service that are relevant to them locally. This means that customers will be given meaningful performance information that is relevant to them and will ensure that housing providers target their resources on the services that are most important to their customers.
We have taken the five standards that impact our customers directly and have carried out consultation to identify our Local Offers which are detailed in this document. We have then developed our "Commitments" so that you can see what we aim to deliver in your local area against the local offers that you chose.

South Anglia offers 2011 GP Herts (610 KB)
Because of the size of South Anglia we have defined “local” as the three counties that we operate in which are Hertfordshire, Essex and Bedfordshire. From this piece of work we have established local "Commitments" that are different across each area as determined by customers living in those areas.
