What is the Life Chances plan?
The Life Chances plan is a document that sets out in detail what we are going to do in each area of our business over the next year. It helps us to set our priorities and identify how we will spend our budget. The plan is developed in partnership with residents, staff and Board members to ensure that we identify the areas that are important to you. This guide provides a summary of our achievements during 2009 –10 and
our priorities for the year ahead and explains how we will meet them.
