All you need to do is complete the form below as you would the normal paper form and then click submit at the bottom. We will send you an email letting you know that we have received it.

Estate Inspection Scoring Guide
Score	Definition of Score
4	The standard is met wholly, or where it is not met the problems are minor and have little impact on residents and could easily be dealt with
3	The standard is met in most ways and while some noticeable failings have been found these do not seem to be long standing and could be sorted out quite easily
2	The standard is met to a fair extent but there are still some significant problems which look as though they are long standing and / or will need considerable resources to address
1	The standard is obviously not met - there are many minor or medioum level problems or one or two serious problems which have a major impact on residents and which will require significant changes in practice etc to address
0	The standard is obviously not met - the issues of such severity that immediate remdial action is needed to met basic health and Safety requirements.

Maintenance of Estate	Signs, Cycle Stores, Street Furniture, Drains, Car Parks, Service Covers, Fences, Walls, Notice Boards, Lighting, Pavements, Garages, Trip, Slip & Other Hazards
Gardening & Grounds Maintenance	Grassed Areas, Plant Beds, Shrubs, Hedges, Trees, Plant Debris, Leaves, Moss, Weeding, Access Pathways, Trip, Slip and Other Hazards.
External Block Maintenance	Guttering, Bin Stores, Cigarette Bins, Cycle Stores, Drying Areas, Sheds, Rotary Dryers, Moss, Weeding,Signs, Lights, Timers, Flat Roofs, Trip, Slip and Other Hazards.
Internal Block Maintenance	Door Entry, Communcal Doors, Stairwell, Landings, Lighting, Timers, Sensors, Internal Cleaning, Windows, Drying Areas, Bin Stores, Signs & Notice Boards, Graffiti, Electrical Fittings, Alarms, Fire Hazards, Fixed Railings, Handrails, Trip, Slip and Other Hazards.
