Wherry Housing Association staff work incredibly hard to encourage residents to get involved in the organisation and their communities. All this hard work has paid off, with Wherry receiving recognition from the Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS www.tpas.org.uk) for our resident involvement work. This month we’ve been awarded the TPAS Accreditation kitemark, thanks wholly to the hard work of Wherry staff, residents and board members.
The process of achieving Accreditation has been a tough one. To be successful we’ve had to prove that we’re committed to residents shaping and developing the services we provide. The Award is a demonstration of our dedication to delivering a customer focussed service.

Sally Greetham Neighbourhood Manager Sally Greetham, Neighbourhood Manager said, “It’s great for staff and residents to receive the recognition that they deserve. It’s been tough to go through the Accreditation process, but well worth it, as it’s really helped us to focus on what’s important and get the building blocks in place to ensure that residents can make a difference.”
Thanks to everyone at Wherry for help in achieving this prestigious Award.
