The event was an opportunity to feedback on some of last year’s highlights which have included
- Introduction of Estate Inspectors
- Meeting with Chloe Smith MP to highlight WAWW’s concerns about Welfare Benefit reform
- Meeting with Wherry Board to raise Residents’ concerns
- WAWW’s contributing to 18 Key Objectives in the Wherry Life Chances Plan

The event also saw the presentation of the TPAS Accreditation Award to Emma Martin, chair of WAWW. The Award is a result of months of hard work by WAWW members and staff.
Finally, WAWW were able to ask for feedback on their next set of objectives which are to:
– Increase our influence – within Wherry, within the Group and wider
– Increase the number of residents who are involved
– Ensure residents are able to make a difference
Watch this space for next steps for WAWW.
