Way Ahead With Wherry News

What have Way Ahead With Wherry been doing?

This year we are working hard towards achieving your priorities as discussed at last years Annual General Meeting (AGM):

Our Resident Scrutiny Panel has been working hard over the last few months. They aim to improve services by looking in a bit more detail at how they work and come up with suggestions on how the service can be improved. They have free reign to look at everything, from Customer Satisfaction information to the costs of the service. They also speak to staff and residents to get their views.

The last investigation was about what happens to calls that are made out of office hours. As a result of the investigation the Panel suggested that Wherry ask more questions of the caller to establish if they are vulnerable in any way.
For a copy of the full report, see here: Report From Wisp To Waww Out Of Hours Report (63 KB)
Our Resident Scrutiny Action Plan (what they plan to get up to) is here: Activity Programme 2012 Scrutiny Panel (42 KB)
