87.1% of residents were satisfied with Wherry as their landlord in July.

We regularly survey our residents to see what they think of the services we offer. In July 87.1% of residents surveyed said they were either fairly satisfied or very satisfied with the services we provide as their landlord. The graph below shows our performance so far this year for this survey question.

We are very pleased that our performance improved last month, but will not be stopping there. We've been consulting with you at our Summer Fun Days and will be reporting back to you on our findings and the actions we will be taking in response.
