86.3% of residents were satisfied with Wherry as their landlord in June

We regularly survey our residents to see what they think of the services we offer. In June 86.3% of residents surveyed said they were either fairly satisfied or very satisfied with the services we provide as their landlord. The graph below shows our performance so far this year for this survey question.

We are very pleased with this performance but are still hoping to increase satisfaction further by holding some Fun Days at the end of July. We will use these Fun Days to find out what is important to our residents and how we can improve. To find out more about these events click here.
