We spoke to residents about their experience of our complaints service. Some residents we asked didn’t like having to make a complaint and were worried this would affect the future service we would provide them.
We want you to tell us what we’re doing wrong so that we can put it right for you as quickly as possible. It will not affect how we treat you and may avoid other residents experiencing the same inconvenience you have.
We also like to hear what we’re doing well please let us know so that we can keep doing it!!
