Wherry Customer Services Coaching Day on Monday 12th December

We would like to invite you to join our Customer Services Team on Monday 12th December from 10.00am – 4.00pm

We will be hosting a coaching day for Residents and staff to join our Customer Services and Planning Team. Our theme for the day is……“Getting it right first time”.

We hope to develop communications between all teams and customers that we work with to increase our “First fix performance”.

We would love you to join us and give us your valuable input into how we can attain this shared goal.
