Richard Claxton - Senior Responsive Surveyor

Richard deals with more complex day to day repairs and one-off projects such
as structural and settlement works.
Sue Atkins – Surveyor Aids and Adaptations

Sue specialises in putting disabled adaptations in our properties. She works closely with Occupational Therapists, District Councils and a range of contractors to ensure the improvements required are carried out.
Suzanne Eaglen – Surveyor Improvements

Suzanne manages our improvement programmes for the replacement of kitchens and bathrooms.
Chris Cameron – Surveyor for Cyclical and Planned

Chris manages our cyclical programmes for external repairs and painting, insulation works, roofing works and the window and door replacement programme.
Tara Gardiner – Technical Assistant

Tara is responsible for managing the asbestos surveys and for the administration on sewage treatment plants.

Jon deals with more complex voids as well as policy and procedure issues that relate to the void service. He also deals with issues relating to new build properties.

Susan looks after the contracts for our properties, such as kitchen and bathroom replacements, heating upgrades, insulation upgrades, asbestos removal, aids and adaptations, tree contracts, sewage contracts and the gas and solid fuel contracts.
