A special service for tenants and leaseholders of The Circle Housing Group

Many of our customers are unaware that we can offer low cost Home Contents Insurance. The scheme starts from just £3.69 per month for £9,000 cover and in addition to the contents of your home also covers things like accidental damage, the contents of outbuildings, contents whilst household members are at university, documents insurance, and lost keys and lock changes. If you are 60 or over you may qualify for a lower monthly amount.

We have recently completed a search online for the Norwich area to see how our insurance compares to other insurers. We found the following

1. Insurance for £10,000.00 cover is generally the same price as ours, but our scheme has no excess.
2. Other Insurers change premiums depending on your postcode, ours does not.
3. Our scheme also covers lost keys and most other schemes do not.
